Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring a Creative Manager / Producer who is fluent in both Twi and Ga, and understands how to creatively manage projects that bridge Ghanaian culture and British sensibilities. You’ll lead the development and production of both narrative film content and branded storytelling aimed at engaging Ghanaians and the broader African diaspora in the UK.
This is a role for someone who is equal parts creative visionary and practical producer—able to guide scripts, visuals, teams, and logistics, while ensuring that both brand and cultural integrity are maintained across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
As Creative Manager / Producer, you will:
- Oversee the development and execution of narrative feature film projects from concept to delivery
- Manage branded content production tailored for brands marketing to African audiences in the UK
- Collaborate with screenwriters, directors, and brand teams to ensure creative alignment
- Translate UK brand values and communication styles into culturally relevant storytelling for Ghanaian audiences
- Lead internal creative meetings, brainstorming sessions, and production planning
- Develop production timelines, budgets, and crew hiring plans
- Provide creative feedback on scripts, edits, and final cuts
- Ensure all projects meet high production standards while staying culturally authentic
- Travel as needed to Ghana and UK-based filming locations
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within film, TV, or content production
- Fluent in Twi and Ga, with the ability to write, review, and translate scripts and dialogue
- Proven experience working on projects targeted at the African diaspora, particularly Ghanaians in the UK
- Strong understanding of British working culture, communication practices, and marketing tone
- Excellent creative judgement and strong project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and timelines while maintaining creative integrity
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in working with brands or branded content is a plus

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We're on the hunt for a talented Screenwriter and Creative Producer who is fluent in Twi (spoken and written), with a deep understanding of both Ghanaian culture and the African diaspora experience.
The ideal candidate is a confident storyteller, capable of developing original screenplays as well as branded content that speaks directly to African audiences in the UK and beyond. You must be seasoned in narrative development, comfortable collaborating with directors and producers, and experienced in writing content that aligns with brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Write original screenplays for feature films and short narrative content
- Develop scripts for branded content and commercial campaigns targeting African and diaspora audiences
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and brand partners to shape creative vision
- Pitch ideas and present treatments to both internal teams and external partners
- Help oversee creative development from script to production
- Conduct cultural and narrative research to ensure authenticity and depth
- Participate in brainstorming and development sessions
- Be available for location travel as required during production
- Work in a hybrid capacity, both remotely and in-person (as needed)
A Strong Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 5 years experience in screenwriting or creative production
- Proven work that resonates with African and diaspora audiences
- Fluent in Twi, with excellent storytelling and dialogue-writing skills
- Strong grasp of screenwriting structure, tone, pacing, and character development
- Demonstrated experience in writing branded content or marketing-driven narratives
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Strong creative instincts with a professional attitude toward deadlines and feedback
- Ability to think strategically and deliver stories that balance art and commercial goals
